Rikaan Kreed has betrayed the Forsaken. Not only has he turned his back on the Dark Lady and stepped from Her blessing, he has profaned Her name and wishes to destroy everything She has striven to build. As Her own decrees have stated, there can be no pity for such a criminal. Kreed’s sentence has been long overdue and it is now time for him to die.

Rikaan Kreed has been tracked to Quel’Thalas. All Deathguard units are hereby ordered to maintain a constant military presence within the city of Silvermoon. Patrol routes, guard posts and staging areas are all to be established.

If the traitor is located, he is to be returned to Brill in shackles and ceremoniously executed.
