In order to fulfill the assimilation process, you need to accomplish two things:

I'll provide you with an example:

Hi! My name is Adrian, and I play Erak Stjomhammr in-game.

I hail from the frozen wastes of Denmark (cough) but live in the decrepit rain-infested swamp of England.
My favorite colour is red. I am a walking amalgamation of pure masculinity, logs of muscles and extreme cunning and intellect.
And that should be it.
For my rite of passage, I slew six kittens in cold blood and crafted a pair of furry socks from their skin.
